Who We Are
Projekt was founded by co-Directors, Rachel Saint DipSURV MRICS and Jen Lemen BSc (Hons) FRICS, supported by a team of specialist Chartered Surveyors.
Rachel Saint DipSURV MRICS
Rachel Saint DipSURV MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor, experienced property consultant and expert witness with over 30 years' experience working in the commercial property sector.
As a former Equity Partner with a national firm of property consultants, Rachel was responsible for the Lease Consultancy department including a team based throughout the UK.
She has also extensive experience of supporting retail businesses work through their property needs through outsourced Property Director roles, taking her across the country.
Rachel is also a Partner at Property Elite, providing training, support and CPD to RICS APC, AssocRICS and FRICS candidates and Chartered Surveyors.
Jen Lemen BSc (Hons) FRICS
Jen Lemen BSc (Hons) FRICS is a Chartered Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer and RICS Accredited Mediator with over 15 years’ experience of providing strategic property advice to commercial property owners and occupiers.
Jen is a Partner at is also a Partner at Property Elite, providing training, support and CPD to RICS APC, AssocRICS and FRICS candidates and Chartered Surveyors.
Jen writes regular articles for the Estates Gazette and RICS Property Journal on a variety of topics, including the RICS APC. She is also the author of ‘How to Become a Chartered Surveyor’, published by Routledge.
She also has academic experience as a Senior Lecturer at the University of the West of England, Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth, External Examiner at the University of Westminster and Associate Tutor at the University College of Estate Management.
